Gary brings more than 35 years of legal experience to the team, with a distinguished background in both federal and state litigation across the state of Alabama. A lifelong resident of Alabama, Gary earned his B.A. in Geography and Urban Planning from the University of Alabama in 1987, followed by his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1990.

Throughout his career, Gary has handled a wide range of litigated matters, developing deep knowledge of Alabama’s courts, communities, and legal landscape. His extensive hands-on experience and steady professionalism make him an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues.

Gary is a devoted member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Homewood. He lives in Calera with his wife, Lori, and their golden doodle, Bailey. Together, Gary and Lori share a blended family of six children and three grandchildren.

When he’s not working, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending live comedy and music events, gardening, and reading.
