Madison serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications and Firm Administrator for Snable Law, where she oversees the firm's brand strategy, internal operations, and day-to-day administrative functions. She also serves as the Executive Assistant to Managing Attorney Joshua C. Snable, providing administrative support and helping coordinate the strategic and operational needs of the firm. With a unique blend of creativity, organization, and strategic thinking, Madison plays an integral role in shaping the firm's culture, client experience, and public presence.

A graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Intelligence and Political Science, Madison was also selected for the prestigious Washington, D.C. Fellowship through the Helms School of Government. Her educational background provides a strong analytical foundation that complements her passion for marketing, communications, and organizational leadership.

In her role, Madison leads the firm's marketing initiatives, social media strategy, community engagement efforts, event planning, and brand development. She also oversees internal workflows, operational systems, inventory management, and administrative processes, ensuring the firm maintains a high standard of efficiency, professionalism, and consistency. Her attention to detail and eye for design are evident in every event, campaign, and project she touches.

Madison works closely with the Snable Law team through weekly strategic planning sessions, fostering collaboration and innovative thinking that support the firm's continued growth and success. Known for her positivity, servant-hearted leadership style, and ability to bring people together, she creates an environment where both clients and team members feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, Madison was raised in a close-knit Christian family as the oldest of five children. Her faith remains a central part of her life and guides both her personal and professional endeavors. She is a member of Sunview Baptist Church, where she faithfully serves as a Preschool Sunday School teacher, investing in the lives of young children and supporting the church's ministry to families.

Madison currently resides in Chelsea, Alabama, with her husband, Josh Staples, a pharmacist and graduate of Auburn University and Harrison College of Pharmacy, their Mini Australian Shepherd, Sawyer and two guinea pigs, Harriett and Tula.

Outside the office, Madison enjoys decorating, design, antique hunting, music, volunteering, hosting gatherings, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Whether planning a firm event, serving her community, teaching at church, or pursuing a creative project, she brings enthusiasm, heart, and dedication to everything she does. Her commitment to faith, family, and excellence is reflected in both her personal life and her work at Snable Law.
