Q. Do I need a lawyer?

A.  This is probably the number one question we, as I would suppose a majority of other lawyers, get. The answer is, “no.” No one needs a lawyer. However, in many situations, it is strongly advisable. First, there is no cost to meet with me, as with most attorneys. The worst that will happen is that you’ll get a free review of your case or claim, and I’ll treat you to a wonderful cup of coffee. The facts and stats don’t lie, though. Hiring an attorney to represent you on your claim, on average, increases the value of your claim 3X’s. That’s fairly significant. Just give us a call, (205) 582-8000, and we’d be honored you did.

Q. how do i know if i have a valid claim?

A. That’s a loaded question. That’s why it's free to come in and schedule a consultation with me. My staff and I will ardently review your case or claim, and determine if you have a high likelihood of recovery. Every case is different, and that’s not just a cliche. Q. What do I need to bring with me ?

A. The short answer is NOTHING. Now, if you have an incident or accident report, any medical records or bills, or any correspondence from the at-fault party and/or his insurer, that would be helpful. It is not necessary, though, for you to bring anything other than yourself to your initial consultation.

Q. where are you located?

A. We are proud owners of the beautiful, historic Enslen House on Highland Avenue in Birmingham’s Southside. You can’t miss it. There is a map located on the “Email Us” tab.

Q. how long do i need to plan to be there?

A. Well, that depends. If we are able to review your case in a timely manner, and you decide to hire us, then it may take an hour or longer. I would suggest marking off an hour just to be safe.
