Joshua is a life-long resident of Birmingham, AL. He is a 2004 graduate of Mississippi College School of Law, and is founder and partner of Snable Law, LLC. Joshua is a current member in good standing with the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association, where he participates in the Bankruptcy/Consumer Law Section. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. Joshua was named to Birmingham Magazine's Top Attorneys for 2016.
Joshua's practice tends to focus on two primary areas, including personal injury and consumer cases. Personal injury matters mostly involve auto and truck accidents, premises liability cases (slip & fall), and medical malpractice. Consumer cases, on the other hand, are mostly centered around providing debtors with the relief under the Bankruptcy Code, namely Chapter 7 Liquidation Bankruptcy, Chapter 11 Reorganization and Chapter 13 Debtor's Court. He also represents consumers harmed by the actions of creditors, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Joshua has also represented clients in various civil and business litigation matters.
Joshua resides in Shelby County, AL. He is a devoted husband and father, and spends any spare moments sharing time with his family. He attends Asbury United Methodist Church. His practice is grounded in the proverb, “Plans fail for lack of counsel…” Proverbs 15:22.
